Robust Incident Command System (ICS) expertise is expected, but it could be a management challenge. The DBRC Network has a system that manages the multitude of ICS forms that make up an Incident Action Plan (IAP). Our software system includes personnel and equipment tracking and accountability, resource ordering, property tracking, and log keeping. We have the capability to set it up locally or remotely through the internet. Through our partners, we have developed a cost tracking program that is capable of producing daily Time and Material workbooks -sorted by contractor, equipment, and response division, that interfaces with our ICS management software.
